SOUTHLAKE, Texas—CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company associate BEVERLY MCDONALD earned the 2003, 2004, and 2005 Centurion Award. To achieve CENTURION status is to earn one of the most prestigious awards presented to CENTURY 21 real estate professionals. Only a small number of producers in the CENTURY 21 System ever reach this elevated status.
The CENTURION Producer award recognizes those top producers within the CENTURY 21 System. In order to achieve Centurion, an agent must close between 60 and 119 units and/or close between $179,000 and $357,999 in adjusted gross commissions.
In 2006, Beverly McDonald became the first Century 21 Judge Fite agent to ever receive the Judge B Fite award. This same year, Beverly was honored to receive the only Double Centurion Award with Century 21 Judge Fite.
